Zeus Packaging Gets Down into All Purpose Packaging
2008-12-01
Zeus Packaging Group, the industrial and retail packaging distributor, has spent £8m annexing All Purpose Packaging.
All Purpose, which majors in industrial packaging as well, was featured for its "graphical specialty, market share and strong management".
Zeus last year acquired the industrial pack firm Fillmore Packaging following the acquisition of the second specialist.
All Purpose’s management team, which accommodates 55 staff, have so far collaborated with Fillmore's 60 staff to deal with assignments of the two companies.
According to Brian O'Sullivan---chief executive of Zeus Packaging, the company’s operation could be promising because All Purpose would facilitate the business expansion and increase global markets with its current production.
It is estimated that Zeus acquires more that €80m (£47.6m) annually to take over All Purpose.
